Submission Directories - Rules and Agreement
We make an effort to review as many submissions as possible, but we cannot always accept every submission. When submitting, please provide an accurate and grammatically correct title and description for your link. The title and description should reflect the content that a user would find on your site.
Your site should not display popups, or attempt to install any software on the user\'s computer. Your site should be complete with all links working, and with a generous amount of content. If your site is new, please consider making sure it is both complete and worthwhile to a potential user before submitting to the directory.
Finally, sites containing content that is not legal in all parts of the World, or is not legally viewed by children may not be accepted. Thanks for doing your part to submit a quality site that users of this directory will love, as this will be good for your site, and our directory. Thanks so much for your quality submission.
Link Requirements
- Submit your site under the most appropriate subcategory. Do not submit your site directly under the TOP category, except when using Featured Link
- Submit only the top-level domain. Subdomains and internal pages will be removed, except when using Featured Link.
- Quality site only are accepted.
- Blogspot.com and Wordpress.com are not accepted, except when using Featured Link.
- Site with page rank 0 or N/A are not accepted, except when using Featured Link.
- Affiliate URLs will not be accepted to the directory, except whne using Featured Link.
- Payment is non-refundable.
- Broken links will be removed.
- Submissions via Email are not accepted.
- Submissions via Contact Us are not accepted.
- Submissions via Suggest Category are not accepted.
- Submit your website only once. Multiple submissions of the same websites tend to slow down the approval process, so sites submitted multiple times will now be deleted without review.
- We will not accept: (a) sites containing adult content; (b) sites containing illegal materials or illegal downloads; (c) under construction sites; (d) sites consisting mainly of affiliate links; (e) sites created only for displaying AdSense or other similar advertisements; (f) sites with excessive pop-ups or pop-unders; (e) sites with poor design; and (g) sites with very little to no content; (h) sites containing copyright infrengments; (i) fraud; (j) child pornography; (k) racism; (l) vulgarity or warez; (m) pharmacy, drugstore, sex toys, viagra; (n) casino, gambling, bingo or get rich quick scheme.
- Sites in languages other than English should be submitted to the appropriate region under the World category. If you want it to be listed under its content category, your site must have an English version, and the submitted URL must point to this version.
- Submitting a site in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory. All sites will be reviewed and approved before appearing on the directory. Review process is guaranteed within 24 hours for websites submitted through Featured Link.
- We have the right to make any changes in the submission details as we deem appropriate. We may edit the title or description of your site, or move it to another subcategory.
- By submitting your email address, you agree to occassionally be sent an email regarding the directory and offers. The email addresses will not be distributed to a third party and you may opt-out whenever you want.
- Once accepted into the directory, you may upgrade your listing to a Featured Link at any time. Just inform us using the contact form and we will arrange the upgrade.
Article Requirements
- Must be an original article that you wrote. If you work for an author as an employee or contractor and are submitting the article, please submit the article as if it was from the original author including his or her email address and name.
- Must be informative and share your unique expertise. Include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your articles.
- Must not be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.
- Must have proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. Your article must also be proofed and double checked for accuracy. If English is your second language, we strongly suggest that you have it proofed by someone who has English as their native tongue before submitting your articles to us.
- Must not contain: pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity.
- Must not contain information on: Hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapon/ firearms/ ammunition/ balisongs/ butterfly knives or brass knuckles, or the promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs.
- Must not contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
- Must not be a submission of the exact same article as one that you already submitted. Some authors have submitted the same article multiple times with only a few words changed in the body — we reject these and ban authors who engage in this practice.
- Must not include a reply to a personal email, letter or other correspondence.
- Must not contain excessive and/or bolded keywords/ phrases. Bolding is limited to headings and subheadings.
- Submit your article under the most appropriate subcategory. Do not submit your article directly under the TOP category.
- Submit your article with the top-level domain outbound link (1 link per article). Subdomains and internal pages will be removed or replaced.
- Submission Directories reserves the right to modify these Article Requirements at any time without prior notice.
Author Guidelines
- You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
- Your submission to Submission Directories gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.
- It is the Submission Directories Owner’s sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. Quality matters. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
- The Submission Directories Owner’s reserves the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
- You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article.
- Submission Directories is advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.
- If your article does not conform to the Submission Directories editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your articles to save time and speed the article approval process.
- You declare that you will not send in any articles with direct affiliate links in them. We reject articles with direct affiliate links. It is ok, however, forward/redirect to an affiliate link from the top-level of a domain name you own. For example, it is permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-domain-name.com, but it would not be permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-domain-name.com/page.html …and much more for same format. This is one of our many article quality standards.

- You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. resource box, 2. any links provided by the author.
- You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
- You must agree to keep hyperlinks “live” so that users can click on said link and be taken to it’s destination.
- You agree to never use any articles obtained from www.submissiondirectories.com in any form of spam or onsolicited mail.
- You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
- You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
